Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-centric specialist to support end-to-end Talent Acquisition and expand into core People Operations functions, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and onboarding.

• Support full-cycle recruitment for designated roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage ATS workflows.
• Promote our employer brand on various platforms.
• Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns.
• Assist with payroll coordination and employee records.
• Support benefits processes and onboarding logistics.
• Participate in compliance tasks and policy reviews.
• Adaptable and proactive in recruitment and operations.
• Passionate about candidate and team member experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: PHR, SHRM-CP, or Agile HR certifications.
