Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re excited to bring on a Talent Acquisition, Coordinator & Ops Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to help us scale our fast-growing GTM organization at dbt Labs. This is a critical role as we aim to significantly grow our revenue-generating teams across EMEA.

In Short

• Coordinate and support recruitment activities, managing interview scheduling and logistics.
• Optimize recruitment processes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and enhance the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Track and analyze hiring metrics for continuous improvement.
• Own candidate experience touchpoints and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Evaluate new tools to improve hiring speed and reduce costs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
• Proficient in Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong operational excellence and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
