Senior Analyst, International FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Lyra International Finance team is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, FP&A to support financial operations, analysis, and decision-making processes for the International business.

In Short

• Support annual budgeting process and lead financial reviews.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders across functions.
• Manage quarter-end close package and variance analysis.
• Track budgeted spending and headcount management.
• Ensure correct accounting treatment of transactional activities.
• Provide analytical support for planning systems.
• Improve and automate forecasting and reporting tools.
• Prepare presentations for Board of Directors and management.
• Review financial metrics and recommend improvements.
• Manage deliverables for budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business support roles.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with Powerpoint/Google Slides for presentations.
• Familiarity with enterprise software tools like Pigment, Netsuite, Salesforce.
• Experience in a multinational corporation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly with international partners.
• Prior experience in healthcare or technology industry preferred.
