Overview

The EAP Case Manager at Lyra Health will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking mental health support, providing immediate counselling and risk management.

In Short

  • Provide initial contact for service users via helpline or online chat.
  • Offer brief goal-focused therapeutic support and psychoeducation.
  • Conduct clinical assessments to determine user needs.
  • Implement risk management plans for high-risk cases.
  • Document clinical information accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with global clinical teams and affiliate clinicians.
  • Contribute to service and business development.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours as needed.
  • Participate in governance and quality assurance activities.
  • Work remotely with annual in-person team gatherings.

Requirements

  • Master’s level counselling qualification in Canada.
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Experience with psychological health and workplace issues.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification therapeutic experience.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
  • Strong client service orientation and good telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage risk and work under pressure.
  • Good time management and teamwork skills.
  • Business and commercial awareness.
