Lyra Health is seeking a Claim Operations Manager of Revenue Cycle to lead daily billing operations and manage a team in a high-volume environment, ensuring smooth operations and measurable results.

• Lead daily billing operations across Revenue Cycle Operations.

• Maintain and improve SOPs related to Health Plan AR workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational blockers.
• Track operational KPIs and escalate performance risks.
• Conduct weekly team check-ins and 1:1s.
• Translate departmental goals into actionable workflows.
• Support operational improvements and provide feedback to leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced billing environment.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role.
• Experience with RCM Billing Tools and payer relationships.
• Coding experience with a CPC certification preferred.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Snowflake and Tableau.
• Experience in a quick-paced start-up environment.
• Preferably within a mental health setting.
