Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role exists to support the business in utilizing Machine Learning applications to drive additional value for our customers by feeding into the delivery of strategic data science solutions whilst setting up resilient and future-proof ML infrastructure and engineering foundations.

In Short

• Designing and developing ML Operations (MLOps) infrastructure and practices.
• Monitoring and maintaining the health of ML models post-deployment.
• Implementing modern code development and MLOps strategies.
• Developing operating procedures and high-level designs of ML pipelines.
• Working with third-party partners to improve and implement ML solutions.
• Raising awareness of best practices for MLOps.
• Collaborating with various engineering teams to reduce technical debt.
• Designing and implementing ML infrastructure for production.
• Developing an MLOps strategy aligned to best practices.
• Maintaining relations with data users/processors across the business.

Requirements

• Extensive experience and expertise in Python.
• Proven experience in modern code development practices.
• Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure and model production.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Coaching junior engineers for skill development.
• Able to separate BAU from core objectives.
• Demonstrate delivery under pressure.
