Overview

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical support role in the day-to-day operations of client accounts, working closely with the Account Managers and cross-functional teams to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

  • Excellent communication skills for client collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Self-starter attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
