Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner, Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the Boutique & Wholesale Retail employee population, focusing on HR initiatives across talent management, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Knowledge of retail business KPIs and retail math.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• 30-40% domestic travel required.
• Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in NYC office, 1 day remote.
