In Short

• Work with the Director of Human Resources and the RII HR Team to execute on HR Operations Administration and Special Projects.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to help lead less experienced HR staff.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Senior Leadership to ensure excellence in HR Service Delivery.
• Provide leadership and support for RII Performance Management and Talent Management.
• Create, design, and deliver on HR Projects.
• Support employee relations activities at all levels.
• Enable HR reporting and analytics trends for workforce planning.
• Oversee new hire employee onboarding process.
• Stay abreast of HR trends and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate and support the enhancement of HR programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• 5 years HRBP experience across various HR functions.
• Demonstrates the ability to work with sensitive matters.
• Proven proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience in ensuring HR data accuracy.
