In Short

• Support the development of Tactical Command and Control (TC2) systems
• Collaborate with engineers to define scalable software systems
• Lead software architecture design for mission-critical capabilities
• Develop and maintain system software for electronic warfare applications
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Stay updated on emerging technologies
• Create and deliver high-quality briefings and reports
• Develop high-level system engineering artifacts
• Work independently and as part of a geographically separated team
• Experience with electronic warfare and communication systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in rapid prototyping
• Strong software architecture and development experience
• Experience with Java, C/C++, and Python
• Knowledge of Army and Joint EW doctrine
• Ability to communicate technical approaches and decisions
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Experience with electronic warfare, radar, or communication systems
• Must work independently with limited oversight
• Develop agile execution plans for capability deliveries
