Fragrance Ambassador/Pro Team - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Fragrance Ambassador/Pro Team member to join the Dior team in North America. This role will focus on leading fragrance education strategies across the region, with a strong emphasis on retail sales, high perfumery, and creating immersive client experiences.

In Short

• Lead fragrance education strategies across North America.
• Work closely with Beauty Consultants and regional teams.
• Deliver exceptional training and mentorship.
• Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct high-level masterclasses and client consultations.
• Monitor and coach POS KPI performance.
• Organize PR events and influencer collaborations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Support local POS strategy and create educational tools.
• Travel approximately 65% of the time across North America.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury fragrance or beauty.
• Strong understanding of retail and sales dynamics.
• Deep knowledge of fragrance creation and olfactory notes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training.
• Exceptional customer service and client relationship skills.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and social media apps.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
