• Design and implement a divisional performance dashboard (MVP and full version) that tracks progress toward strategic goals.
• Gather and translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, KRIs, and OKRs.
• Ensure quality and consistency of performance data.
• Champion goal alignment and link objectives to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and optimize workflows.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partner with divisions to embed governance frameworks.
• Drive improvements based on first-line execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance measurement and building dashboards.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate complex environments.
• Fluent in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Power BI.
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Strong project management skills.
• Background in banking or regulated industries.
• Good awareness of regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
