The Performance & WFM Lead will design and implement a workforce management model aimed at enhancing team performance and player experiences at Midnite, a cutting-edge betting platform.

• Experience with tools like QStory or Intercom is a bonus.
• Exposure to regulated industries like gaming or fintech is a plus.
