The Demand & Performance Lead will provide financial guidance and insight on expense management, focusing on productivity and efficiency to meet financial targets.

  • Salary range of £45,000 - £55,000.

Requirements

  • Broad understanding of UKGI and Claims.
  • Strong experience in financial and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to deliver data modelling solutions.
  • Experience with standardized data management.
  • Systemic thinking and understanding of measurement systems.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
