We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our Risk and Finance Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. You will act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and risk management throughout the delivery lifecycle.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Risk and Finance Reporting domain, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Manage planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives in alignment with regulatory and business objectives (e.g., DORA, local compliance).
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards.
• Ensure adherence to risk management practices and compliance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for assigned initiatives.
• Actively contribute to team performance through leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within financial services or regulatory reporting domains.
• Strong understanding of risk and finance processes, regulatory frameworks, and reporting requirements.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in mid-to-large organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards (e.g., DORA).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.

• Gross salary. 3800 - 5900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies.
