Financial Reporting Lead - Remote

Overview

The Financial Reporting Lead is responsible for internal and external financial reporting and analyses, requiring strong teamwork and communication skills.

In Short

• Act as liaison to Senior Management and Parent on SEC reporting process
• Prepare internal reporting including monthly financial review packages
• Coordinate and analyze stat accounts for key business drivers
• Ensure compliance with financial covenants and SOX controls
• Prepare external regulatory reporting and annual financial statements
• Stay updated on US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with auditors
• Handle special projects and ad hoc requests
• Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Strong focus on accuracy, integrity, and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
• 3+ years financial reporting experience with a public company
• Active CPA license preferred
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• SOX and internal controls experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial reporting tools, such as Workiva
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities
