Overview

Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is seeking a self-motivated Finance Lead Analyst to lead the Overhead & Rates team within the Financial Planning & Analysis group, focusing on cost performance and budgeting.

In Short

• Lead the annual overhead and rates budgeting process.
• Partner with the business to ensure sustainable cost performance.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Defence on rates performance reviews.
• Oversee monthly period close requirements.
• Compile monthly variance reports for management.
• Conduct monthly business partner review meetings.
• Act as point of contact for functional leads on overhead and rates.
• Drive process improvement and system capability enhancements.
• Develop junior team members' skills and experience.
• Gain exposure to Finance and BDUK leadership teams.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel modelling and data manipulation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business partnering ability.

• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
