In Short

• Responsible for financial accounting and reporting tasks required by local regulators.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly regulatory reporting returns.
• Perform controls over reports and submission in coordination with the in-country Finance Team.
• Reconcile sub-systems to primary accounting records.
• Validate and adjust accounting entries in the reporting ledger.
• Participate in the interpretation and implementation of changes in report production processes.
• Take part in the reviews and developments of current processes to increase efficiency.
• Engage in new system/process implementations related to regulatory reporting.
• Develop skills in financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Work in a hybrid model with up to 2 days working from home per week.

Requirements

• University/College degree preferably in finance/accounting.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Financial accounting or regulatory reporting background is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking products and their accounting/reporting in IFRS is an advantage.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Highly motivated with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English knowledge.
