In Short

• Conduct independent high-quality credit analysis on assigned customers
• Maintain credit quality and meet delivery targets
• Demonstrate sound business ability and professional ethics
• Share objective view on credit risk assessment and identify alternative solutions
• Control fulfillment of financial covenants
• Handle risk issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare credit applications and provide risk assessment advice
• Collect and evaluate information about customers and industries
• Participate in credit committees and support relationship managers

Requirements

• Prior experience in financial analysis or similar field
• Experience in using MS Office
• Knowledge of accounting basics
• Development focus and flexibility
• Cooperation and communication skills
• Customer focus and ownership readiness
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
