Overview

The Sales Manager will play a critically important role in cultivating meaningful relationships, both internal and external, to support the Walmart business. This customer-facing position will be responsible for developing and managing retailer partnerships across both our Walmart US and Walmart CA businesses.

In Short

  • Lead customer development activity managing a portion of our Lume business at Walmart - both in Canada & the United States
  • Identify, lead, and support new business development opportunities
  • Develop sales presentations for your businesses, including line reviews, joint business planning, and merchandising negotiations
  • Build best in class relationships with your retail partners
  • Manage customer development, sales analytics, and forecasting needs
  • Ensure operational excellence across all merchandising and marketing elements of Lume at retail
  • Manage brand P&L for your customer

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry-specific experience in CPG sales, marketing, and/or retail
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and a solid team player
  • Demonstrated track record for exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for driving great customer and retail partner experience
  • Extremely organized and dependable
  • Natural collaborator who listens and facilitates the best answer
  • Able to adapt to change and think outside the box
  • Willing to take risks and use facts to guide decisions
  • Always seeking to improve yourself and your team
  • Thrives on direct, honest, and supportive communication
