Overview

The Sr. Manager of Remote Vision Monitoring (RVM) is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the RVM program, working in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of operations or program leadership experience.
• Experience in strategy setting for new business units.
• Track record of scaling programs effectively.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring or telehealth preferred.
• Strong quantitative and communication skills required.
