Psychology Internship in Human Resources - Remote

Overview

We are looking for committed psychology students who want to gain practical experience in the HR field at Lucoyo. You will actively shape application processes, accompany selection procedures, and gain exciting insights into other areas related to People & Culture.

In Short

• Active involvement in recruiting processes: from job postings to screening and applicant communication.
• Employee engagement and motivation: creating a positive work environment and conducting employee surveys.
• Participation in planning and implementing measures in the area of People & Culture.
• Participation in digital team meetings.
• Participation in team days (every 3 months, 3 days in a nice AirBnB in NRW).

Requirements

• At least 2.5 years of experience in psychology.
• Internships or comparable experiences lasting over 200 hours are advantageous.
