Product Designer - Digital Health Startup - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Product Designer to join our small, interdisciplinary product team. Together, we work to provide everyone with easy access to qualified and appropriate psychological help. In Short

• Conduct UX Research (e.g., user interviews, usability tests, analytics evaluation)
• Develop Userflows, Wireframes, and Prototypes (Low to High Fidelity in Figma)
• Collaborate on product ideas, MVPs, and feature scopes within the team
• Iteratively test and optimize based on user feedback and product metrics
• Collaborate with developers and product owners from idea to go-live (including QA, design reviews)
• Further develop our Design System and UI component library
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and good usability in everyday use

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a comparable role
• Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, design systems, components)
• Practical experience in conducting and analyzing UX Research
• Strong sense of good design and user-friendliness, especially for more complex products
• Ability to structure, present, and implement your ideas clearly
• High level of responsibility, team spirit, and motivation to improve a product sustainably
• Good German language skills (for user research & interface texts), English is a plus
