In Short

• Lead end-to-end design efforts across responsive web, native mobile, and in-store digital experiences.
• Act as a design thought partner to senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Drive the strategic application of Scout’s brand across all digital touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide multidisciplinary designers.
• Partner with engineering leads to champion a scalable design system.
• Define and uphold design excellence.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director.

Requirements

• 7+ years of end-to-end product design experience.
• A compelling, polished portfolio demonstrating expertise across responsive web and mobile.
• Success in establishing and scaling visual and interaction design systems.
• Expert knowledge of interaction patterns for responsive web and native mobile applications.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Figma.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers.
• A strategic mindset in balancing user needs and business objectives.
