Psychology Internship in Human Resources - Remote

Overview

We are looking for engaged psychology students who want to gain practical experience in the HR field at Lucoyo. You will actively shape application processes, accompany selection procedures, and gain exciting insights into other areas related to People & Culture.

In Short

• Active involvement in recruiting processes from job postings to applicant communication.
• Employee retention and motivation: Creating a positive work environment and conducting employee surveys.
• Participation in planning and implementing measures in the People & Culture area.
• Participation in digital team meetings.
• Participation in team days every three months in a nice Airbnb in NRW.

Requirements

• At least 2.5 years of experience in psychology.
• Internships or comparable experiences with a duration of over 200 hours are advantageous.
