Overview

As a User Experience Intern at Lucid, you will be collaborating with a talented, motivated team of deep, empathetic thinkers in researching, concepting, and defining what it means to work visually.

In Short

• Drive forward a user-centered design approach for a real project.
• Understand the problems we’re solving and their impact on customers.
• Brainstorm multiple solutions to problems.
• Suggest design approaches and solutions.
• Produce interaction flows and mocks reflecting our design system.
• Conduct regular user research to advocate for the user.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company.
• Support engineers and QA specialists during implementation.
• Seek opportunities to improve product experience.
• Contribute positively to design team culture.

Requirements

• Knowledge of design methods and principles.
• Knowledge of research methods and interest in conducting research.
• Passion for visual collaboration and software development.
• Experience with graphic design principles.
• Experience using design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Clear communication skills.
• Availability starting May 2025.
