UX Design Intern - Remote

Overview

As a UX Design Intern at Roadie, you’ll work with the UX team to create impactful features and experiences for our innovative software solutions.

In Short

• Sharpen your UX design and research skills while supporting the development of our team and processes
• Support user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders
• Guide the design process from research, early concepts, and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and development hand-off
• Ship actual software and enjoy seeing your work in the hands of our users

Requirements

• An inherent curiosity and passion for solving customer problems
• Currently working towards or recently graduated with a degree in HCI, CS, ID, or a related field
• A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging solutions
• Competence in Figma and other relevant design tools
• A desire to continuously grow your abilities through feedback and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively
