In Short

• Responsible for the administration of Lucid’s internal tools and billing infrastructure.
• Work with IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams to support critical infrastructure.
• Deliver solutions that bring value to the billing and payments ecosystem.
• Plan and prioritize work across multiple projects.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research for feature ideas.
• Collaborate with project leaders to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate with leadership regarding project status and risks.
• Generalize solutions to work across many platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple priorities.
• Ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to focus on details while retaining a big picture vision.
• Track record of improving core business metrics in SaaS.
• 1+ years of experience with integrations for internal and business systems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Email Marketing, Data Migrations, CRM, AWS.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for internal systems.
• General knowledge of compliance requirements for sensitive data.
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative.
