Product Owner for Internal Systems - Remote

We are now expanding our team with a new Product Owner for internal systems. Our internal systems manage warehouses, production, and branches – and we want to take them further. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of challenges, enjoys finding smart solutions, and wants to see the real impact of their work.

In Short

• Improve our internal systems to ensure they run smoothly.
• Come up with ideas to automate and streamline processes in warehouses, production, and branches.
• Collaborate with the development team and colleagues across the company.
• Understand how things work – you might wear a vest and check out the warehouse.
• Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and refine the product strategy.
• Apply agile methods in daily practice.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in IT.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and familiarity with SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priority projects and adapt to changes.
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B and a technical background will be an advantage.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented.
