Deal Strategy Analyst, EMEA - Remote

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team in the quote to billing process with accuracy and correctness
• Work closely with Deal Strategy, Order Management, Renewals and Commission teams
• Review and approve quotes and contracts for accuracy in our CRM
• Create, revise, and review all quotes and contracts requests
• Ensure compliance with sales and business approval policies
• Develop an understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures
• Become a subject matter expert for Lucid’s business rules
• Drive process improvements to enhance sales rep experience
• Work cross-functionally with all departments
• Advocate for internal organizations by understanding complex needs

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 1+ years Deal Desk or Sales experience in a SaaS company
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow complex processes
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working cross-departmentally
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Innovative and motivated approach to work
• Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills
