Senior Workflow-Automation & Full-Stack Engineer (n8n / Low-Code / DevOps) - Remote

Overview

This role is not a classic ML or Data Science position. You will automate business processes using n8n and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), possibly utilizing fine-tuning.

• Automate business processes with n8n and AI APIs.
• Build lean full-stack services (e.g., Next.js + Postgres or FastAPI + SQLite).
• Focus on delivering practical solutions quickly.
• Work with a team to create smart solutions for startups and corporations.
• Engage in workshops and enablement sessions.
• Monitor and improve performance evaluations.
• Implement error handling and monitoring improvements.
• Develop small services, dashboards, or bots with Vue.js and Supabase.
• Participate in customer briefings and documentation of best practices.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a focus on autonomy.

Requirements

• Experience with n8n and RPA practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python at a production level.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with LLM APIs including prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and other low-code platforms is a plus.
• Strong methodical and communication skills.
• Ability to design scalable systems and define roadmaps.
• Experience in project coordination and continuous improvement.
