Designer - Hybrid Remote / In Office

Overview

LRS Architects is looking for curious, driven, and collaborative Designers to join our diverse and dynamic studios—including Commercial, Housing, Interiors and Architecture. In Short

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts.
• Contribute to the production of design and construction documents using Revit and other tools.
• Participate in internal and external coordination with consultants, clients, and jurisdictions.
• Assist in researching materials, systems, codes, and sustainable design strategies.
• Communicate ideas clearly and support design presentations.
• Learn and grow through mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• 1–6 years of experience in an architectural or interior design studio.
• Proficiency in Revit (required) and familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Enscape.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in one or more project types: Commercial, Housing, Civic, Retail, or Workplace.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, such as WELL, LEED, or Fitwel, is a plus.
