Overview

The Instructional Designer at Greene, Tweed is responsible for creating and facilitating effective learning experiences, internal training programs, and managing the Corporate Services portion of the Learning portfolio.

In Short

  • Responsible for assessment, analysis, design, and development of learning experiences.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to lead training needs assessment.
  • Create engaging learning activities and course content.
  • Apply instructional design theories and methods.
  • Conduct training seminars and workshops.
  • Manage vendor relationships for specialized content.
  • Collaborate with Learning and HR Technology specialists.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and learner performance.
  • Support organizational priorities for Learning.

Requirements

  • BS degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering training.
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Experience with course development software and Learning Management Systems.
  • Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
  • Ability to write effective instructional content.
  • Strong communication skills across all professional levels.
  • Experience in leadership development program design preferred.
