Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Loopio is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Library team, focusing on enhancing sales response management for our customers. This role involves streamlining workflows by organizing enterprise knowledge and creating personalized proposals efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Expertise in interaction design and complex workflows.
• Experience with user-centric design and design thinking.
• Strong visual design skills and knowledge of UI principles.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale.
• Ability to visually communicate ideas through sketching and whiteboarding.
• Strategic thinking to balance customer advocacy with business value.
• Focus on user outcomes and goals in design decisions.
• Facilitation skills for meetings and workshops.
