Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Loopback Analytics is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst. The successful candidate will work directly with the Data Integration and Implementation teams to establish data flow between Loopback Analytics and its clients. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical teams, with a focus on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable data integration solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of EHR data and workflow, business and process analysis skills, and healthcare data integration standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Define data solutions and establish data mapping protocols.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive Business Data Catalog.
• Analyze healthcare data from clients' EHR and pharmacy systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and healthcare regulations.
• Create detailed documentation for implementation support.
• Optimize data integration processes based on feedback.
• Report on data integration performance and metrics.
• Lead stakeholder engagements and provide project updates.
• Support daily operations and data mapping activities.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of EHR systems (e.g. EPIC, Cerner) and dispensing systems.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data.
• Experience with data management principles and data quality.
• Experience writing data specifications, preferably HL7, FHIR, or ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
