Mortgage Compliance Officer - Remote

Overview

The Mortgage Compliance Officer will ensure compliance with all mortgage banking laws and regulations, playing a major role in the Compliance Management System.

• Reverse mortgage experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years in mortgage compliance.
• Experience managing compliance staff preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking and compliance laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with exam management and regulator communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• CRCM designation is a plus.
