Loan Origination System (LOS) Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Loan Origination System (LOS) Administrator will support and maintain loan origination platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance in a growing company focused on home equity solutions for seniors.

In Short

• Administer day-to-day operations of LOS including Quantum Reverse and ReverseVision.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with business units for system changes and enhancements.
• Support feature implementations and integration with internal systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage vendor tickets.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows.
• Provide training to end users including loan officers and processors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through collaboration.
• Conduct regular system audits and user access reviews.
• Contribute to UAT planning and execution for system changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Loan Origination Systems, ideally in mortgage or reverse mortgage.
• Hands-on experience with Quantum Reverse and/or ReverseVision preferred.
• Strong understanding of loan origination workflows and compliance.
• Familiarity with user administration and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Experience integrating LOS with CRM and document management systems.
