Lola Blankets is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Director who will redefine what retention means for a premium, emotionally resonant brand.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for customer engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Experience building successful loyalty programs.
• Ability to create experiential retention moments.
• Strong collaboration skills with Brand/Creative teams.
• Analytical skills in segmentation and LTV strategy.
• Track record of improving repeat purchase rates.
