• Proven track record in customer advocacy program development.
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical skills to connect data to business impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong writing and messaging abilities.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations.
• Experience in team leadership and development.
