Overview

LoftyHire is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for Amazon FBA sellers and a critical force behind the clients outbound sales strategy.

In Short

  • Full-Time position focused on Amazon FBA sellers.
  • Responsible for cold calling and booking appointments.
  • Manage ongoing lead engagement via SMS, DMs, and email.
  • Maintain records of interactions in Pipedrive.
  • Ensure the sales calendar is consistently booked with qualified leads.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
  • Work remotely with a flexible setup.
  • Opportunities for growth within a fast-paced team.
  • Requires fluent English and a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable using various communication and management tools.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and responsive during EST working hours.
