Overview

The Product area of Rental Guarantee is the heart of Loft's guarantee operations. Our purpose is to evolve the core of the guarantee business, strengthening the most critical flows of the contract cycle: delinquency, vacancy, collection, recovery, and compensation. We work to reduce financial losses (NetLoss), enhance operational predictability, and scale the business through automation, data, technology, and AI. We are a strategic area for the financial sustainability of Loft Guarantee, connecting product, operation, legal, finance, and engineering in robust, intelligent, and highly efficient solutions.

In Short

• Be a technical and strategic reference for multiple squads, elevating the level of discovery, prioritization, and quality of solutions.
• Lead the vision and product strategy for the Rental Guarantee domain, focusing on vacancy, delinquency, recovery, and automation of critical processes.
• Orchestrate complex stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, and Executive Leadership) in a regulated and highly risk-sensitive context.
• Translate complex operational and legal challenges into scalable products, reducing dependency on manual work and human variability.
• Ensure direct impact on key metrics such as NetLoss, vacancy time, operational efficiency, cost per case, and financial predictability.
• Act as the problem owner, connecting business strategy, contractual rules (TCG), data, and technology throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Drive an AI-first vision, exploring automations, intelligent agents, and predictive models for decision-making and execution.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in complex contexts, such as fintech, marketplace, operations, risk, credit, insurance, or other regulated domains.
• Previous experience as a senior PM, Staff, or Principal, with informal leadership over multiple teams and influence on strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and data orientation, including metric definition, dashboard reading, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Experience working in partnership with Engineering, Data, and Operations on high-criticality products that require high reliability.
• Systematic thinking and comfort navigating ambiguity in scenarios with multiple variables and risks.
• Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders with differing interests, maintaining focus on impact and collaboration.
• Maturity to balance trade-offs between risk, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Hands-on profile, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over the problem.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, credit, collection, recovery, or real estate.
• Experience with process automation, rule engines, complex workflows, or application of AI in operations.
• Interest or knowledge in legal, contractual, or regulatory topics.
