Overview

The Design team plays a crucial role in transforming complex ideas into clear experiences, making operations more efficient and products more reliable. As a Product Designer, you will help shape this vision through various product decisions.

In Short

• Map and evolve workflows related to contracts, payments, and financial routines.
• Transform complex rules into simple and reliable user experiences.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and robust interfaces for validation and implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and behavioral analysis.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build viable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to connect financial solutions to the ERP journey.
• Support the discovery of new financial products based on real customer pain points.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize improvements and measure impact.
• Utilize AI to enhance design processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products.
• Ability to tackle medium to high complexity problems.
• Strong knowledge in information architecture and complex user journeys.
• Experience with robust interfaces considering accessibility and consistency.
• Practical experience in qualitative research and hypothesis validation.
• Ability to use data to support design decisions.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Maturity to work in ambiguous contexts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
