In Short

• Design journeys and interfaces that are intuitive and scalable.
• Explore problems and make decisions based on impact and evidence.
• Build high-quality experiences from main flows to detailed edge cases.
• Evolve core CRM flows focusing on productivity and clarity.
• Conduct discovery processes and translate learnings into design decisions.
• Prototype, validate, and iterate based on evidence.
• Create modules from 0 to 1 and define MVP and evolution.
• Structure modular experiences for different segments while maintaining standards.
• Prioritize and negotiate trade-offs with stakeholders based on impact.
• Collaborate with Foundations for end-to-end consistency.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B/SaaS and recurring use products.
• Background in legacy systems and incremental evolution.
• Experience creating 0 to 1 solutions (MVP, hypotheses, iteration).
• Ability to design modular experiences for various segments/profiles.
• Strong foundation in UX/UI (information architecture, states, errors, edge cases).
• Capability in prioritization and negotiation oriented to impact.
• Validation and decision-making based on evidence (tests/experiments/analyses).
• Good communication and objective handoff with Engineering.
