In Short

• Translate value proposition into experience ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Design and evolve B2B lead management experience.
• Conduct continuous prototyping and validation cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for quality implementation.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for user experience.
• Ensure consistency between external communication and product experience.
• Utilize and evolve Design System standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for message consistency.
• Proven experience in managing digital product design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer with PM and Engineering.
• Experience in high-cadence growth routines.
• Ability to design and evolve user flows with a focus on conversion.
• Strong foundation in information architecture and UI.
• Experience with user validation and experimentation.
• Familiarity with funnel metrics and data-driven prioritization.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in digital products for at least 5 years.
