• Define and execute strategic product roadmaps that improve user experience and foster growth.
• Lead projects from discovery through technical development and launch.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and build accessible solutions.
• Consolidate input from various stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Break down complex systems into phased deliverables.
• Prioritize product investments based on structured evaluations.
• Establish and track success metrics using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and translate technical concepts.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor peers and contribute to product practices and processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in consumer products.
• Proven success delivering impactful products.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and user research methods.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical constraints.
• Experience creating scalable processes in complex environments.
• Empathy for users navigating health concerns.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
