Overview

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer II to support the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and related integrations.

In Short

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications based on design specifications.
• Perform software development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Implement technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Assist in workflow design and application configuration.
• Enhance integrations and APIs for system interoperability.
• Collaborate with technical architects and engineers.
• Troubleshoot and expand existing applications.
• Work with document signing tools for process automation.
• Ensure applications align with business needs.
• Maintain best practices in application development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with scripting languages.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• 1+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certifications.
• U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (for IT1 Administrators).
• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM implementations is preferred.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud-based integrations.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
