Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A - Remote

Loadsmart is a growth-stage technology company valued at over $1 billion, seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to partner with SaaS Sales & Marketing leadership, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analytics.

In Short

• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts tied to pipeline, bookings, and retention.
• Lead quarterly forecasting cycles and support annual budgeting.
• Analyze lead funnels and conversion rates to guide Sales targets.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Manage OPEX budgets and headcount planning.
• Deliver variance analysis and ROI recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reporting packages highlighting performance trends.
• Present insights to Finance and GTM leadership.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on pricing and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and GTM systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for translating data into insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
