DevOps & Release Manager – Salesforce Unlocked Package - Remote

Overview

The DevOps & Release Manager is a hybrid role responsible for overseeing Salesforce deployment operations, release scheduling, environment governance, and user access coordination across all of our customer implementations.

In Short

• Oversee end-to-end release planning across all Kinship projects.
• Manage Copado (or similar tool) pipelines for automated deployments.
• Own scratch org strategy and sandbox refresh cycles.
• Coordinate user access provisioning and environment syncing.
• Collaborate with QA and PMs for code freezes and testing.
• Enforce version tagging and rollback preparedness.
• Maintain structured release documentation and deployment logs.
• Serve as the liaison between Dev, QA, and PM teams.
• Support resolution of release-related issues and post-deployment monitoring.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Salesforce DevOps or deployment coordination.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce unlocked packages and version control.
• Proficient with Git, Copado, and deployment automation workflows.
• Strong organizational and cross-team coordination skills.
• Experience in public-sector Salesforce environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
