Overview

The Salesforce Dedicated Product Manager will be responsible for managing the Salesforce part of Vonage's product portfolio, influencing overall product strategy and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in a Salesforce setting.
• 3+ years of contact center experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce service and sales clouds.
• Experience in Agile Development practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of contact center business challenges.
• Fluency in English.
• Desirable: Agile product management (SAFe), SaaS knowledge.
• Salesforce Admin Certified is a plus.
