Overview

The Senior Product Manager - Salesforce CPQ will own the feature product and program backlog for the Salesforce CPQ implementation for ADT, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and support the building of sustainable products that meet customer and employee needs.

In Short

  • Own the feature product and program backlog for Salesforce CPQ implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user and customer needs.
  • Develop program vision, roadmap, and features to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a 36-month roadmap aligned to business strategy and product vision.
  • Involved in program backlog refinement and SAFe Agile Program Increment planning.
  • Lead efforts to improve employee and customer experience journey.
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Audit partners.
  • Assist in development of graphics and visual aids for feature documentation.
  • Support coordination of business testing and acceptance.
  • Other job duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of Product or Program Management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to see the big picture and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Experience with business case development and financial fluency.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of IT system architecture.
  • Product Owner/Product Manager certification preferred.
